This foundational leadership course introduces the student to the critical leadership traits and principles that are essential to law enforcement leaders. Through lecture, application, and case studies, the students will learn practical and actionable leadership skills. They will also develop an appreciation for the necessity of professional leadership at all levels of an organization, especially at the field supervisor level.
