Keith Smith, a decorated 13-year law enforcement veteran and currently serving as a Federal Law Enforcement Academy Instructor, responsible for his agency’s nationwide training certifications leads a new course on Active Shooters for SAFETAC Training.
The course can be catered to law enforcement and civilians and is one of the most sought out Active Shooter Courses in the nation.

Keith recently received the Agency Administrator Award for Outstanding Performance, relating to his Active Shooter course that he has delivered to nearly six thousand civilian employees throughout the country. Keith previously worked as a police officer in the State of Florida, serving as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Narcotics Officer, Field Training Officer, Sniper and CIRT Member. Keith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of Florida.
